Our Delivery Policy
We offer nationwide delivery service across the island of Ireland and the United Kingdom. We can also arrange for international deliveries.

When will my order be delivered?
We normally expect your delivery to arrive to you within 3-7 working days for items in stock. For exceptional cases delivery can take up to 30 days for special orders. We will notify you by email if such a delay is expected to occur.
We regret at present we cannot deliver on weekends or bank holidays. Our staff physically checks all goods prior to dispatch from Joyce Hardware Shop. A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and Joyce Hardware Shop will not be liable for their loss or destruction. It your responsibility to check the goods are not damaged upon delivery before signing for same.
Joyce Hardware shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.
Returns Made Simple
Should you need to return a product to us, please refer to the information below:
When you make an online purchase you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order, this is known as the cooling off period. (European Directive on Distance Selling). If you wish to change or cancel an order right up until it is dispatched we can facilitate this for you. If you change your mind and want to change or return the goods once you receive them, you can return unopened goods to us and we will then organise a refund following inspection of the goods, excluding delivery costs.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
We are happy to assist you with the return of any items that are unsuitable. Please be aware that all aware that all goods being returned must be in perfect condition in the original packaging.
Prior to returning the goods by post or courier, please contact our Customer Service Team who will guide you through our hassle free returns procedure. This may include inspection of the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
Goods must be returned within a reasonable timeframe. This timeframe may vary from product to product and you will be advised of this by our Customer service team.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) must never be placed in your waste disposal or recycle bins. WEEE is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one like-for-like basis. Local authority civic amenity facilities also take back WEEE free of charge. WEEE recycling is free.
Please note: Our couriers are not authorised to collect your old products for WEEE recycling. However, simply visit our store or your local Euronics store with your old product and a valid receipt and a member of staff will be happy to assist you.
